We were regular customers here - sometimes as a family here every Sunday - until we were billed for a dropped milkshake. The mishap happened when the boss handed my mother the milkshake and the glass slipped on the little silver platter! So even his own fault !! After we had cleaned most of it ourselves, the boss brought us a new milkshake. The fact that he then billed us for both milkshakes was simply not possible !! We also had the feeling from week to week that he was getting more and more unfriendly and bad-tempered. Very sad how you can scare off regular customers!

Location very good, but the older service was very unfriendly. Throws a pad on the table ... write down Name Date Telephone ... that's it !! Wanted mineral water, on request whether large or small, I ordered a small one. A big one came. My objection that I ordered a small one, she just said "I know" !! ??

Very dissatisfied. Had to wait a long time until the employee came to us when we ordered (3 children 2 adults) 1 scoop of ice cream for 3 and the rest of the still water I won't have to go there again and won't recommend anyone else

Nice to sit outside in summer. Italian flair included. The waitress alone should do their job with more Italian joie de vivre and friendliness.

Anyone who wants to eat ice cream in Bad Saulgau is in good hands here. Many ice creams to choose from and really delicious.

Nice location, seats outside too. The service was always friendly. The ice cream tastes delicious and there is a large selection. However, when I came with a group of children last year (in the morning, around 10 a.m. / 11:30 a.m. on a weekday) and we each wanted a scoop of ice cream in the waffle, we weren't allowed to sit on the chairs, even if there at the moment a maximum of 3 tables were occupied. We then switched to another ice cream parlor where that wasn't a problem
